Laura Bush among others at National Book Festival

WASHINGTON — Former first lady Laura Bush is a special guest at this year's National Book Festival, which she started in 2001 on the National Mall.
Bush is expected to join the festival on Saturday as an author, likely discussing her memoir, "Spoken From the Heart," about her eight years in the White House. This is the 10th annual National Book Festival organized by the Library of Congress.
President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are the honorary chairs of the festival. The library says more than 100,000 people have attended the festival in recent years.
It runs from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday on the mall between 3rd and 7th streets.
Billionaire investor David Rubenstein pledged $5 million in May to ensure the festival continues for years to come.
